ORS were involved in various projects across Equiom over a period of 18 months. We were first used in the relocation of two large volumes of client files from Analyst House to their new location within Jubilee Buildings. This involved sequentially packing and indexing the files, their secure movement between the buildings and subsequent unpacking of the files to rolling racking in order.
The office space of approx 13,500 ft at Analyst House then had to be cleared of all waste materials within a 3 week period. We were then invited back at a later date to remove 150 desks over 2 weekend periods in order to clear 2 floors at Jubilee Buildings for installation of new furniture. A large proportion of the furniture from both sites was saved by ORS for re-use, avoiding waste disposal charges to the client and reducing their carbon footprint.
