Provision/Rationalisation of Cat5e cabling and relocation of Office Furniture and IT Equipment including BT Versatility PABX and install to new premises. This all took place from 4pm on a Friday with IT infrastructure and furniture relocated over the weekend and the new office cleaned. The office was ready for use at 8am on the following Monday morning, with ORS staff on site to support and settle Orchard Recruitment in to their new premises. The client's confidential data was relocated to the new premises with their staff in situ on the Monday and the vacated premises were cleaned ready for handover to the Landlord.
The re-location of the BT Versatility system presented a challenge for us, since this product is no longer supported by BT, had there been an issue. However, it's a robust system and apart from a few wiring issues which were overcome, there were no issues with the system itself.
